Pineapple Spinach Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup coconut water or plain water
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Add coconut water to your blender first, followed by the spinach and cucumber.
  • Add the pineapple, frozen banana, ginger, and lemon juice on top.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend for another 10 seconds.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lower-sugar version, swap the banana for half an avocado. Smoothie packs can be prepped and frozen up to 3 months in advance — just add liquid when ready to blend.
