Add coconut water to your blender first, followed by the spinach and cucumber.
Add the pineapple, frozen banana, ginger, and lemon juice on top.
Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend for another 10 seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lower-sugar version, swap the banana for half an avocado. Smoothie packs can be prepped and frozen up to 3 months in advance — just add liquid when ready to blend.
