Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1 large frozen banana, sliced
  • 4 Oreo cookies, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for extra thickness)

Instructions

  • Add the milk, frozen banana slices, protein powder, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  • Blend on high for about 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the Oreo cookies and pulse 3 to 4 times until the cookies are broken into small pieces but not fully blended. You want some cookie chunks throughout.
  • Taste and adjust — add more milk if it's too thick, or an extra half scoop of protein powder if you want it richer.
  • Pour into tall glasses, top with a crushed Oreo or two, and serve immediately.

Notes

Swap whole milk for oat milk or coconut milk for a dairy-free version. Use plant-based protein powder to make it fully dairy-free.
For extra thickness, add a few ice cubes before blending. Always use a frozen banana — fresh banana makes the smoothie thin and watery.
