High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add almond milk to the blender first.
  • Add Greek yogurt, frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, and ice.
  • Add honey if using.
  • Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate intensity as needed.
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen banana or add an extra tablespoon of Greek yogurt. For a thinner smoothie, add a splash more almond milk. Best consumed within 10 minutes of blending.
