Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 16 0z Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream cold

Instructions

  • 1.Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together until combined.
  • 2.Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • 3.Refrigerate the crust for 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.
  • 4.Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
  • 5.Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • 6.In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • 7.Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
