Easy 5-Minute Strawberry Dream Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 Ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • Handful of spinach (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruit or less milk. For a thinner consistency, add milk a little at a time until you reach your preferred texture.
