Dark-Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter no added sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder Dutch-process preferred
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener optional, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk and heavy cream to the blender first.
  • Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the ice cubes last.
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and thick.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker texture, add more ice or freeze the smoothie for 30 minutes before serving. For a thinner consistency, add a splash more almond milk. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 4 hours; re-blend briefly before drinking.
