Instructions
Add the almond milk and heavy cream to the blender first.
Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
Add the ice cubes last.
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and thick.
Taste and adjust sweetness with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker texture, add more ice or freeze the smoothie for 30 minutes before serving. For a thinner consistency, add a splash more almond milk. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 4 hours; re-blend briefly before drinking.
